Carol Kreshpan from Torrco was helpful throughout the process, and especially in helping us find replacements for items that were back-ordered or out of stock, that would still suit our needs. She also helped us when an item would no longer work with our space, in facilitating an exchange for something else in stock. She was also very quick to respond to calls and emails which was very much appreciated during our fast paced and ever changing construction project! The team at Torrco also supports one another with their customers, as Carlos and Kate offered their assistance to keep things moving when Carol was out of the office.

We recently redid our kitchen and half bath and needed plumbing fixtures. We were referred to Sarah Thomas in the East Windsor store by a friend and she was wonderful. She worked with us to find exactly the right look and worked with our contractor to ensure that everything we needed for installation was perfect! She was incredibly responsive. I cannot recommend her enough and look forward to working with her when we remodel our bathrooms!
