A recent lighting strike left us without power for a bit and, once restored, house alarm systems thought inoperable activated. Multiple chimes, chirps and screeches shared the evening with us.

Touchton was not the company that had installed the the former owners outdated system in our recently purchased home. Rather they were referred by a trusted local pro. Within hours, Touchton dispatched a tech who, carefully and with great troubleshooting skills, removed the old wiring that had shorted during the storm, thus causing the cacophony of sound.

At my request, the tech mapped out a new system that would meet our security needs. No pressure. Just five star service with respect, friendliness and knowledge.
