This is the best salon experience I’ve ever had. Lindsey does my hair and I’ve had a good experience every single time. I really feel like she listens to what I want and she achieves it. I am more blonde than I’ve ever been, my hair is somehow healthier. I can’t explain it! All of the girls in the salon are nice to be around also and the space is so cute. The booking, appointment change, payment, and record keeping process is so organized and professional which is a huge plus. I am SO happy here.

Courtney has done my hair for years! She’s the ONLY person I trust to bleach, tone, and deal with my thick curly hair! I’ve always been a blonde but over the years she’s given me so many different blonde variations to meet my needs (warm in the summer, cool in the winter). She always listens to my vision and brings up concerns for the future. She recommended I not do a lot to my hair before my wedding and I appreciate it so much because it ended up growing and being the perfect length for my wedding. She also keeps me from impulsively getting bangs because I ALWAYS hate them once I get them, she remembers those things and cares about her clients! Her attention to detail is amazing! My highlights have never bled and she’s never over processed my hair. I will follow this girl to another state if I have to because I can’t imagine getting my hair done by someone else.

I drive from Navarre, FL for Town & Co. Salon!!! I tried going locally, and even to Destin, FL, but for $500+ appointments, I always left unhappy and never truly felt like I was getting what I had in mind, or what I paid for.
Becca is a self-made genius when it comes to hair. I found her through a local FL referral, and without fail she never disappoints, I leave EVERY TIME looking my best and feeling confident. She’s an expert in her craft for sure. She always tells me what I need to hear, and what’s best for my hair instead of what I think I need or want. In my opinion, she could charge double. Her staff is always so welcoming and inviting, and the atmosphere is so fun, you truly feel like a queen for a day while receiving services. I’m never rushed, and it feels like she’s with me and not hopping from client to client. I cannot wait for the opening of their second location. Thank you Becca, you’re the best stylist I’ve ever been to, and the confidence you bring out in us as women is invaluable! 🫶🏻

Courtney Butler is so talented and knowledgeable! I have two rows hand tied extensions with her as well as highlights! I love how convenient communication is with her. We just text back and forth or even sometimes DM each other. Booking process is really easy too!

I always love my hair, and get compliments on it / get asked who does my hair super often. My hair is naturally pretty curly/wavy and frizzy. She’s helped offer the best products and treatments for my hair, while keeping it healthy even with highlights! I love her 🫶🏼

Also I love the cozy feels of Towne & Co! So so cute and I love it being on the corner of a building downtown Mobile! Nostalgic 🫶🏼

Michaela is an amazing stylist! She not only helped me get my hair color process started, she helped me understand exactly what i need for my hair in regards to my hair history. I was so nervous to get my hair cut, even though i knew it was damaged. Michaela gave me a cut after styling and recommended layers, i have fallen in love with not only the color but the cut as well!! Highly recommend her. The salon was so clean and offered snacks & beverages!!

Best customer service and awesome people working here. Kaci took her time to carefully detangle my hair, and bomb blow dry. I have African natural hair, with a tender head and absolutely did not feel a thing. Will recommend 10/10.
