TradePro came to help us promptly after the tornado damage to our home. They started as quickly as the insurance company would allow and got our repairs done quickly. Mark Mason did a great job of managing the repairs and making sure we got good results. We are repeat customers and would use them again.

After the tornadoes that came through in May, I was able to get ahold of Mark and he took care of everything from there. Within a week we had a new roof on our house and all other repairs quickly followed. Mark was great to work with the whole time. He did most of the heavy lifting in dealing with my insurance company and was VERY patient through the long process of getting all of the funds secured to get him paid. Hopefully I won't need him again anytime soon, but if/when I do I'll call mark at Trade Pro again. Highly Recommend!

So thankful for this company. Corey and Jonathan came out and were respectful and professional. Plus they knew their stuff. After having a toilet and sink back up for a week and having to siphon water out of the laundry sink every time I did laundry I was so relieved to have professionals who knew what they were doing! Our water heater started leaking out of nowhere yesterday and Jason was there to help immediately. He was mindful of our pets and fixed the problem until he could come back the next day with a new water heater. He brought Nate along with him today and they did a fantastic and quick job getting everything fixed and replaced.

We used Trade Pro Plumbing for a Master Bathroom remodel. Toilet and shower were moved which entailed jackhammering concrete, digging out mud to relay pipes and then putting down cement. Trade Pro did all that, installed all plumbing hardware and a new tankless water heater. The lead plumber was Jason Eldridge and he did a fantastic job. Showed up when he was supposed to, kept us informed on what was going on, it all turned out great. Jackie gave us a bid at the beginning and although there may have been more work done due to unforeseen circumstances the original bid is what we paid.
