Perry is a great find! When my neighbor's bathtub pipe burst, the plumber she hired left a complete mess. Even though he was booked solid (the good ones always are), Perry made time to stop by and was extremely patient in my distress.

Out of 3 bids, Perry's was licensed/bonded and by far the most thorough and detailed. He removed all the water-sogged insulation and drywall, and left the area spotless to fully aire out. He cleaned up the rough cut left by the plumber and ensured the new ceiling would be restored to smooth coat complete with paint to exactly match the original.

Perry takes tremendous care to do a job "right" and ensure a polished result - a rare find these days. A true tradesman who sets a high bar for the quality of his work. Highly recommend!!

We are thrilled with the results of Perry's hard work on our condo. Our project required several different services in multiple areas of the home. Including patching/repairing drywall in the ceiling due to water leak, scraping popcorn ceilings, converting textured walls to smooth wall, finish drywall on newly framed pony wall, paint walls and ceilings, paint doors and paint new cabinet doors. Perry is a master craftsman who does not compromise. We hired him to repair significant water damage to our garage. He transformed it into a beautiful space. His attention to repairing the drywall and taping was focused and efficient. His painting is thorough and impeccable. He knew what needed to be done and took care of it.
