We recently purchased a new 5th wheel from Triple H’s Haleyville location. This dealership is located 2 1/2hrs away from our house. Sean was our salesman & made the entire process a breeze. He went above and beyond by working around my hectic schedule, he took his personal time, on a day he was off & the dealership was closed, to meet us and give us a chance to see the trailer. He answered any questions we had before the purchase and always provided us with an answer. A majority of the purchase/ deal was worked out via phone / text. The day I came to purchase, the walk through was great. Mrs. Wanda and her husband know their stuff. We appreciate HHH, we appreciate Sean and the staff. We can wait to start making memories in our new “home away from home”. If you’re considering a new trailer go see these guys!

I’d like to start off by saying this place is top tier. We own a RV resort and refer all of our fellow friends and campers to triple H Rv’s. It’s not very often that you find a RV dealer that stands behind their product after it’s sold and they 100% do and did I mention they are super quick at it? We purchased a brand new 2024 crossroads cameo and had some issues arise that weren’t known before we purchased. We called the next day and they took it right in and fixed it super quick and right. Since then we have referred all our family and friends all which have had awesome experiences as well. If you are looking for a RV definitely check them out. They are super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and honest and like I stated earlier they do stand behind what they sell and will do right by you. And lastly they are super competitive on price as well as the lifetime warranty on all new purchases it’s truly a piece of mind! Thanks TRIPLE H RV! And the salesman John Merit, and Ashton Smith you guys rock!

I looked online, visited multiple dealerships, and did my research before coming to Triple H. Honestly, their “about” page on their website is what originally attracted me to them. Then, to top it off, this location had such a great selection it made it hands down without a doubt where I wanted to go visit (pssst…and their prices are the best you’re gonna find and I promise you that cause I’ve done my research!). I’ve previously lived the camper life for 2 years, sold my camper, my sister has a camper, my sister-in-law has a camper, and my aunt has a camper and now I’m back to the camper life and with that prior experience and family with experience I’m not new to this rodeo of buying one. Since I know the process of buying a camper I wasn’t looking forward to dealing with a sales person trying to pull one over on me (that happened the first time when we got a camper at a dealership in Huntsville, not a triple h dealership) here at Triple H Mr. Sean wasn’t like what I’ve dealt with before. He understood what I wanted and how I wanted it and that was that! Triple H has a great staff. Everyone was super nice. Mr. Sean was my sales guy and I felt right at home with him. I genuinely felt like he had my best interest in mind. I’m a no bs kinda gal and I know what I want and how I want it and he worked great with me! …yes I drove from the south east side of Hunstville to Triple H. It’s worth the drive. I went by myself with my 9 month old son and the experience was truly a walk in the park and made for an enjoyable time which I wasn’t expecting.
I’d recommend these guys any day, over and over again, over all the dealerships I’ve visited and I’ve been to A LOT from Texas to Mississippi to Alabama; Triple H is by far top #1 dealership. Truly, they make you feel like family and not haggle you like annoying blood thirsty sales people. I wish I had know about this gem of a place my first camper go around. Live and learn! My Wife and I are first time buyers of a RV, Triple H treated us like Family and Shawn our salesman was great. We will certainly buy again from Triple H when we get another one. There was no hidden cost or surprises, every question we asked was answered honestly and that’s something that is unheard of these days. We are extremely pleased and recommend Triple H highly. Thank you Guys for getting us in our first RV.

I wish I could give a 0 star but it’s not an option. My BRAND NEW 2024 Coachman Catalina 39MKTS Destination Camper has had nothing but issues since the day they delivered it. The bathroom sink leaks and it caused mold to grow and ruin my towels, the kitchen sink leaks, washer leaks, freezer won’t shut, doors won’t properly lock, chest of drawers falling out, it was supposed to have a couch with recliners but ended up with a couch that makes a bed, there was no tv in a $45,000 camper!! I have more issues as well but you get the idea! I have called 3 times and got the run around each time. I was told I could hire a technician to look at it and they’d pay $125 towards it. That won’t even cover the service call fee. Not to mention I purchased a $3,000 extended warranty. I have texted the sales rep multiple times and I keep hearing “I’ll have someone get with you”. This has went on since August 31, 2024. Today is September 27, 2024. If I were you, I would not purchase from Triple H RV!! I wish I never would have went there! I have given Triple H RV plenty of time to get back to me but it’s a helpless cause. If you buy from here, I sure hope you get better results than I did!!

Started out just looking at campers. Dustin Witt, with their sales department greeted me and showed me different models. Dustin is great!! Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. All the people that I met at this dealership were very friendly and helpful. Needless to say, my "just looking" turned into a purchase. I would definitely recommend that anyone in the market for a RV to give these people a visit!! Ask for Dustin Witt!!

This is the worst place to get an RV from. I spent over $70,000 on a big country fifth wheel. I paid extra to have it delivered. I wasn’t offered a walk through- I asked for one before delivery and was told they couldn’t accommodate me. When it arrived the TV was smashed, the side tables were broken, one of the slide out walls was damaged the slides on the outside had a seal coming off (Triple H blamed the driver and got a reimbursement on the damaged items according to their service manager at the time) I have called for going on 2 months and have been told they were sending someone out to fix it to make it right and yada yada - in the process we also found that our calibration for our auto level is not correct as well. I have been told multiple times that Murphy will call me back - I have yet to get a phone call back from Murphy. Also one of the employees told me in this whole process they were looking for employment elsewhere because all they do is lie to their customers. Needless to say I am having to get my attorney involved. Essentially they are scam artists by getting reimbursed for their damages blaming them on someone else and then not fixing the items.

If you are looking to buy a new RV please avoid dealing with Triple H RV. We purchased a new Keystone Avalanche and have had all kind of problems with it since we picked it up. The pickup process was terrible as the service side did not do their job in making sure everything was ready for the customer. When we went to pick it up the RV was dirty on the outside and hadn’t been washed, the awnings didn’t work, moulding was already coming loose, they didn’t have our table top that goes into our couch, one of the entry doors would not close and no one wanted to take their time to walk us through it but instead rushed things along. After talking with the people there, they assured us that these problems would be taken care of immediately and that our table top would be delivered straight to our home within a week (which has not arrived). The same day we stopped at a campground for a night and one of the slides were broken and wouldn’t come out. Since then we have discovered that the freezer does not work, there was a tear in the tile under the bed slide and several other things. I have tried contacting Triple H RV’s several times and also spoken with the manager on a couple occasions and no one will return a phone call or help us schedule to get the work done on our NEW RV. Please think twice before dealing with this company so you don’t have to end up in a mess like we have.
