As in most transitions the first part has some bumps along the way, however, Colin at Turnkey Processing worked efficiently and consistently in making sure that my transition was not too stressful for my company.During the process I had some issues with my integration and price adjustments he made sure to call me and follow up with how we can best fix the issue. He created a plan and followed through with every step of it. He was thorough and extremely understanding of what I wanted. His way of implementing his problem solving skills into this issue was astonishing.
He also showcased some great customer service skills.. I commend you Colin ( … I’m seriously thinking about sending some of my employees to you. Btw you should think of teaching customer service class.
