I’m not a fan of Tyson foods at all but, I was at this location to deliver a load and I have to say I was impressed. From the guard to the receiver, everybody was super nice. Somebody even followed me while I was driving to the receiving doors knowing I was going to miss my because of the size of the plant. I don’t know about pickups here but delivery was seamless.
I can’t believe I’m saying this about Tyson foods.
No overnight parking, visibility vest is required.

Truck driver delivering at the Rendering section. Been here since 6:30 a.m. employees have told me the person who works on this section arrives at 8 a.m. and it’s 9a.m. And still no one comes to help me out every one I speak to says “idk I’m not from this department or that has nothing to do with me” worst place to support truckers.

In 2024 they are archaic! You drop trailer, they do not notify you when trailer is finished, you have to call, but no one answers phone claiming they are busy doing other things. Broker lies and says for sure you're trailer so be done many hours before it actually is. So you drive to facility starting your eld hours just to check and find out your trailer is not finished and it's your fault for thinking it is cause no one answers phone and broker said it was. If you do finally get someone on the phone by a muscle they talk to you like your waisting their time and tell you to take a nap like you're in kindergarten or you have an off switch. When the load is ready, you are not ready cause now you need sleep, and now the load is waiting on you instead of the other way around so you don't get detention and you either run extremely tight or miss schedule and possibly lose a day running. Not professional, not respecting the drivers who actually move your product in wise conditions and lowest pay or respect in the entire chain of logistics. So respecting and running loads for not only the ungrateful but those who make your life hard and play games to not play you what you earn

Because zero stars is not an option. Security had a phone pressed to her ear the entire time during check in. The auto wash is hell to get into and out of. The lot looks like a junk yard. You have to call and check your load because thy are not going to tell you. Then try for 7 minutes just for someone to get tired of you calling and hang up on you. Security here is terrible.

Very nice girls at check-in. Hopper loading fast . Axel weight and gross weights easy to see as driver gets on/off the scale.

Successful waste of time 48 hours thanks to honest broker . Not Tyson fold , security people nice and tell the truth about appointment time. Honest broker, probably democrat , because I never met honest democrats in my life.

Avoid this place if you can they take forever to get loaded,checked in around 6pm and didn't get loaded until 11am next day, couldn't make it to the delivery beacuse of it, they don't care about drivers at all, never coming back here for sure.

A little input to all dedicated 3rd party drivers, your load may say ready on the dispatch side. It could be tied up for "quality control" reasons so the guard shack will still not be ready to release it.
