This location made renting through U-Haul’s 24/7 Truck Share incredibly convenient. I was able to complete the entire process through the app without needing to speak to a representative. The facility is well-stocked with moving supplies and also offers storage options. Picking up my cargo van was fast and easy—the app directed me to the exact spot on the lot, and the keys were securely stored in a lockbox at the front of the store. I highly recommend this location if you need a cargo van quickly and hassle-free.

If I could not give a star I wouldn’t. Close this location down completely. Very unprofessional I reserved online and was quoted one price some changes were made due to U-Haul not been able to provide the original size truck I ordered, which was a 15in truck I then was called in told My order was upgraded due to them not being able to provide the 15 inch truck at no extra charge but the original chargeand upon picking up after leaving I noticed the price had changed drastically, so I called no answer, I then call the U-Haul number that I been speaking to for the last few days about the sudden change and they instantly reimburse me however, the man from pick up, went back in and changed the total back to the price he said not the price for my reservation. He’s a scammer and an all out crook. I will be Filing a complaint with corporate. Myself and husband was treated so poorly he didn’t want to show us how to use the tow trailer to the point it was by God’s grace we made to our destination. While driving someone got our attention to tell us our wheels was not in the straps of the tow at all, how did the vehicle not come off I truly believe God was with us Thanks to some stranger they put the van on the tow trailer correctly. I’m truly hurt how we were treated and charged more than I was supposed to be charged I will be disputing the transaction with my bank.

Reserved a truck. When we got to U-Haul we found the truck and checked in online. The website said to go to the office for the key. They looked for the keys for about 20 minutes and could never find them. They finally gave us a different truck and updated the contract. We got to the truck and the updated contract was not correct online. We didn't bother going back inside. We were just moving a spa in the neighborhood. It shouldn't take 45 minutes to check out the truck.

Manny was very friendly throughout the check-in process. The check-in process itself was very quick and easy. The drop off process was even easier. Great to know there is a drop box for keys and an after hours drop off option. I will definitely rent from this location again if needed.

I want to give a five star review to Ashley the store manager I went to pick up my rental and her whole system was down. She went above and beyond to get me on my rental auto trailer so I can get in time to my destination in San Diego.

Very nice area and building. Super clean. Staff seems a bit young though. 4 stars because UHaul changed my drop off location from down the street to halfway across town, the night before. Feels like I did their job for them without a credit on my plan. Cool.
