Beware, beware beware

I spent $1700 on a set of speakers and an amp. I brought my car back into them a total of six times between installation in December & April telling them there is no sound at all from the rear speakers. They eventually replaced the amp they had put in & replaced two of the speakers. They never provided me with any paperwork. Even when I ask them, I want to know what brand and model the amp is I want to know what the speakers are they did not provide me with that.

The stereo still sucks!

I have no proof that they ever put in anything. What they put in sounds like bottom of the barrel for an entry-level car if that.

They have a sign boldly placed at the register that says there are no cash refunds, store credit only with receipt within 30 days. What they provided me was Garbage I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Steer clear of these guys.

I’m going to start out by saying I’m very conflicted posting this review. Kevin and his son are polite people and I have no personal problems with them however I took my 2016 GMC 2500 to them to get an amp installed for a verified working subwoofer I had. Kevin and I agreed on a wavtech 1000 watt amp and that one would be set aside for me for install. Come time to pick my truck up I find that they installed a 500 watt which barely satisfied the minimum requirements of the sub I had. Not only that but the amp was mounted with one screw to the spare tire jack of my truck (as seen in the pictures). Upon testing the system out it did not work. I heard the bass of my door speakers over the sub and noticed they turned the bass all the way up in my radio to make it seem like it had bass. When I talked to them about this Kevin the guy I assume that installed my system mentioned that he was either partially or completely deaf in one ear and could not tell. I dropped by after numerous phone calls going nowhere and asked them to see if they could just put a verified working sub in to test it and their sub didn’t work in my truck either. So they claimed it was a failed amplifier which I have now been waiting weeks on a solution for. They are terrible at returning calls and every time I talk to them it’s like I have to remind them of the entire situation. Complete waste of time and money.

Came here to have something installed in my vehicle. Had a great experience with Kevin and Julian, the manager and associate. I left and immediately messed it up, returned and Kevin was nothing but helpful and nice. I definitely recommend this place and plan on returning.

Extreme variety of both RC goodies and your Stereo needs! Very clean installation. Highly recommend for either you RC hobby needs or stereo needs! Did my house, boat and vehicles. Kevin can do it all

All 5 or 6 times I have either been inside this place or had to contact them, they have always been super helpful and friendly. They've installed stereos for us. Can't say one negative thing about them. Very happy with their service

I had a amp sub install and was told it would be ready by the end of the day and I would get a call. 45 minutes before close I get a call that my car was ready but more in a mannerism as it's been ready and where am I. Within 3 minutes I arrived. Most likely to the owners surprise as his installer couldn't get the harness tucked in fast enough to complete. So I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my ready car. The owner is a hot head and I hate being disrespected and let's just say things got so bad that in the heat of it all the owner shouted out that he was from Compton.

Think Clearly

Knowledgeable staff. Quality Products. You can shop there and not worry about somebody trying to sell you something you did not originally want.
I was able to do a basic "Big 3" upgrade with 8 gauge wire and still had enough to run for my amp.
