We renovated our 50m2 flat in Berlin.

The planning and start of the work was done very quickly. We worked with Delphine, who despite our high demands was able to deliver an outstanding job. We were amazed by the availability and responsiveness of the team. The work was both fast and well done. A few alterations had to be made, which can happen, but the quality of the finished work was never in question.

We highly recommend.

The company might have hard working polish builders, but unfortunately, the end result suffers from communication challenges - even if you could speak polish, you where not allowed to talk to them - and a french speaking project management teams that sends unreadable, non editable work flows. Easy to avoid mistakes dragged through the whole project and - unless not organised yourself - you end up with cheap, incompatible polish building material (ie, fusebox, plumbing connections).

Under Construction is a team of very talented individuals. They have managed to renew our entire apartment quite quickly, with minimum stress, and awesome results. I can only recommend their work. As a foreigner living in Germany is not always easy to find good service that deals in English, and I consider this also a great plus. Our renovation was started in time and ended even before schedule. Price negotiations were fair and costs were according to estimate, even after eventual suprises found during the work.

They were very quick to write back, answered all of our questions and managed to get our project started only a few days after requesting a quote. Good pricing too, other companies were charging a lot more with a much worse service. I would highly recommend under construction GmbH!

Under Construction's team is very skilled and professional, proposing solutions to renovate out appartement and adapting to our needs. They are experienced in the field and we could benefit from it, as they gave us many advices while leaving us the choice on all topics.
