This company must have the laziest workers or not enough workers! You will wait 1 to 2 days after scheduled appointment time to grab your trailer. They have all this process also to go thru as far as the trailer inspection and forms, they take your number and never call. You have to drive there to see if your ready and if its not you gotta go to a tryck stop and continue your long wait . You are not allowed to sleep on their lots either.
All the 1 star reviews are correct.

The worst part of dropping oil here. Nobody is ever available. They have 3 areas for unloading and heaven forbid they put anywhere on the paperwork on which area you should go to.

I wanted to have something more geared towards plants so I tried countrycrock Plant Butter with Olive Oil. I'm 100% Satisfied. It tastes like real butter and I cook all kinds of foods with it all the time!

please avoid this place for the pickup and delivery as well, this is the terrible place they don't care for your time and you trailer as well, they broke my trailer door.

Every time my company sends me here for a pickup, it's always for a pre-loaded trailer. Every single time my trailer hasn't even begun to be loaded when I arrive. At 12am on 11/11/23 I was scheduled to pickup a trailer and I purposely gave Upfield 24 extra hours before I arrived at 12am on 11/12/23. My trailer was not ready and hasn't begun being loaded. I questioned the receiving clerk and he had no idea why it wasn't loaded and had no idea when it would be ready. The most he could offer me was that they're extremely behind, as is always the case, and surmised that it probably wouldn't be ready tomorrow either. This is absolutely ridiculous. It's unprofessional, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. I'd give minus 100 stars if I could.

2/8/23 This place is absolutely trash. They expect companies to drop and hook but won't unload product so you can have an mt trailer to pick up.

9/21/23 showed up around noon for a drop/hook. Trl not ready. I've been sitting for 40 hrs. just outside the facility hoping to get the load so I can head home. This place should be ashamed of themselves. No restroom for drivers unless you check in. No parking unless ur bobtail in the cul de sac. Boycott this place at all cost. If this is how they conduct business, they don't deserve our business!

Very terrible place, had a pickup here, checked in at 11 am and unhooked the trailer, they said it would take 4-5 hours to load. 6 hours passed and the workers escorted me out of the area because the trailer is not ready and I cannot stand here. At 11 pm I came to see what was happening there, they told me that I was next in line and it would take couple hours! i got back in my truck, the next day at 9:30 am i went back to the office and a nasty person threw me some papers to sign! I waited 23 hours for them to download me!!! I do not recommend

This 1 star is too good for them they deserve -1000 star im here for last 2 days but still no news, just because of this load I have made my mind that i won’t be working with my dispatch anymore!
