Greg Mans with Upright Construction is the best communicator through the construction process that I have encountered. He's very easy to work with, even while managing 2 projects simultaneously. At completion of both projects, Greg is the ONLY contractor who has ever issued me a refund! Honesty through the process is how he operates, and he stands behind his work.

I want to preface this by saying the work they did was absolutely phenomenal! *PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!* When they finished replacing my roof, I don't know if they were rushed to another job, or something with one of the laborers families came up, or what happened, but I've worked plenty of these types of jobs, and I know things come up from time to time. There were some nails left in my driveway that ended up popping tires on my pickup and my mower. Now, everyone makes mistakes from time to time, and that's fine, we're all human! In my opinion though, it's what someone does to correct said mistake that's important. As soon the issue up, they immediately apologized, sent someone out (twice!) to magnet roll and pick up any remaining nails/debris from my driveway and yard, and even went so far as to reimburse the cost of the tires, no questions asked! UpRight absolutely does good, high quality work, and they're very professional and honest when it comes to dealing with their customers. It's hard pressed to find a company like this with integrity anymore, and I'm so glad I have a local business like this in my area that I can count on to do high quality and honest professional work. The laborer who came out and picked up the second time even brought my trash and recycling bins back under my carport from the curb! Like I said, mistakes are made, and I get things come up, as I have done similar labor jobs before. What really makes a company shine in my opinion is what they do to correct said mistakes, and, in this case, a relatively minor mistake at that. UpRight certainly handled this situation with the utmost professionalism, and the quality of my new roof is awesome. I have zero problem recommending UpRight to anyone I know, as I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Thank you for giving me a little bit of hope for honest small businesses in this area again, I was starting to lose it. I would give y'all 10 stars if I could!!!!!

A few years ago, we had storm damage to our roof and used UpRight Construction for a roof replacement. They were outstanding and so when I had a project for my new house to complete, they were my first call. Greg and his team are outstanding. They are creative with solutions, are respectful, professional, and have great experience. They are able to troubleshoot on site and come up with workable solutions. This project they just completed for me included, the installation of two new exhaust fans in our bathrooms, can lighting in our living room, beam construction (with lighting/wiring hidden inside), and chandelier installation. I highly recommend them for your next project.

They were supposed to replace half of the ceiling after water pipe burst. But only Patch it. they took all the insurance money then tried to get more money out of us. So now I got to come out of pocket to replace the ceiling next year
