DO NOT USE THIS UPS!! We had a package overnighted and paid $63 It was important medical supplies. The driver did deliver a package but it was not the correct package. The proof of delivery photo was of this incorrect package. Since their hours are awful we couldn't get ahold of anyone. Followed the online instructions to file a claim. Claim was declined because they showed it was delivered. Five days later the correct package finally was delivered. The driver switched the proof of delivery photo to now show the correct package but did not update the delivery date. COMPLETELY SHADY! Not to mention the package looked like it had been ran over or stepped on. I have emailed, called and got nothing but a run around trying to get a refund on the overnight fees. They keep sending us to new people to talk to. I don't understand why the customer has to so inconvenienced for the company not doing their job and what we paid for. My elderly mother then had to re-mail the medical supplies back to us, obviously not using UPS, since it arrived 5 days late and we already went back home. Now I have to inconvenience my friend who shipped us the package in the first place to try and get a refund from the shipper. Who again is not their fault. It is 100% the drivers fault. This is the worst customer service and business I've ever encountered. Use FedEx, USPS or even deliver your package by hand, as it is a better bet than this UPS!

Made me drive an hour away to pick up a package with nothing listing any times I can come and get it.
Then when I show up, they're not even open till noon.on a Monday? So here I am an hour away at eight a m in the morning. Thanks u p s if you guys would havr just left the package as directed and learn to follow directions , you wouldn't waste your customers time.

My package was misplaced by the United States postal service and then they rejected it for general delivery I happen to pop into the UPS to inquire and a very nice lady gave it to me.
In my case I have to give them five stars.

DO NOT ship items here for pickup.
Not only are they only open for 3 hours a day, they refused to look for our package that amazon said was delivered days earlier. They told us they haven't checked their mail buy would get to it later, telling us to come back the next day. Good thing we paid extra to have our items delivered early.

The worst business I have ever encountered! Only open for 2 hours a day, while everyone is at work/school! How is anyone supposed to pick up or drop off packages?
Even if they aren't closing early, all employees are very rude. Front desk attendant was rude, clearly did not want to help me and was very rough with my package!

Truly, Bishop UPS Customer Center is a horrible establishment and is in dire need of new management and real hours!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! AVOID THIS SUBPAR BUSINESS!

Depends on who you get at the counter. A couple folks are customer service oriented. The rest seem like they can care less, and they do care less. I called ahead and requested that an overnight express envelope be available at their dropbox and was told that one may or may not be there when I arrived--this from the guys that work in the back a 20 second walk to the box out front. I absolutely needed to send out express that day and explained that. You'd thing they'd want to take my $80 by assuring me that an envelope would be left out front. Finally, grudgingly, the employee agreed. I arrived and guess what, no envelope. I gave up and shipped with Fedex, which cost an extra $10, but was shipped with assistance and a smile.

The UPS drivers that deliver to my neighborhood are wonderful! Today my 25 pound dog snuck out the door when I opened it to get the package the driver had left under my doormat. The driver stopped and helped me try to catch my dog. I know he’s so busy and on a tight schedule, but he was great! Thank you!!!

Again whatever driver was working today on 4/13/2020 left my package at my gate entrance which is 0.9 miles from my house and my gate entrance is on one of the larges trucking routes in CA. Not to mention we are having typical spring weather, 25 MPH winds and 32 degrees tonight. I called the office and they said he left it at the gate so I drove down to my gate just after 5:30 and again no package. Our resent regular drive delivered to us the other day at 7:30pm and he was so nice and happy and he drives very slow down our road. The above is the reason I had to have my packages delivered to my work but now I am working at home.
