I gave them a five star because they are trying to fix an on going problem. Mail delivered to wrong street, medication returned to sender and in general very poor postal workers. I am on blood thinners and kidney medication,so this is a life changing necessity. I must receive my meds. My husband's meds come from the VA via mail and a man four doors away brings it up on many occasions. Not accepting lame excuses anymore. . They are trying but it's the mail carrier that's causing my problems. If they can't do their job, fire them.

Last year lost one of my granddaughters birthday presents. Took 3 1/2 weeks to travel 5 hours away from where it was sent. Lots of promises that it was on its way. Now my other granddaughter is not getting her Christmas because her package got sent to MS when it was supposed to be in SC yesterday. No one can tell me where it is today

Due to Hurricane Ian, a few post offices were closed or damaged and are temporarily being processed out of this building, which normally is just a processing plant and not a place to buy stamps or your normal, every day post office services. With that being said, as of right now, if you need to buy stamps and other post office related services, you can come to this building to do so. It also has Blue Boxes to drop off letters and small packages.
There's plenty of parking and I believe the hours of operation are 8-5pm.

I shipped an overnight insured package of expensive hearing aids. It was last scanned in at this facility and "loaded" onto a truck for delivery. It never arrived. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone to ask questions. Was the package stolen? Have employees been questioned? Has anyone looked? Yes, I filled out a bunch of online forms.

If you're a truck driver. Don't get in any hurry to get unloaded. They don't care if you have other appointments. They have 2 forklift drivers unloading 1 truck at a time and taking over an hour for each one. All they can say is "there's nothing we can do about it"! I call bs!
