The team at USBFireWire were great.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong cable - 100% my fault. I called them and they got it sorted out that day and sent the right cable out and didn't charge me shipping/return etc. when they were perfectly justifed to do so. When do you hear of companies with this kind of service any longer? Everything - from my initial order through them rectifying my mistake was pleasant, easy, fast.
Would buy from them again in a second.

One of the worst companies to deal with. I didn't want to have to order something from this site but unfortunately Amazon didn't have the wire I needed. I placed an order for a wire and they ended up sending me something completely different. I tried emailing and calling them several times and no one has gotten back to me. Completely scammed me out of my money. Filing a claim with PayPal now to try and get my money back. Won't be purchasing from them again.

USB went above and beyond today. They answered all of our questions and helped up determine the correct connections needed for the job. Most companies out there will not take the time to ask questions. USB took the time, asked questions and wanted to understand the purpose of the wire they were selling us. They did not sell me what I thought I needed, they sold me the right wire for the job.
