I don't know why Kelaino Hawkshawe is so overly critical of everyone. These people work hard and are extremely understaffed. I was in line behind her and she was so rude and obnoxious they asked her to leave or they would call the Police. You have to be pretty bad for the USPS to say that. Please don't believe any of this (fake) persons reviews. They, unfortunately appear have issues about recalling reality.

Very poor, low-quality customer service. I was referred to this 'annex' by my town's post office, the employees of which, by contrast, were very friendly and very accommodating.

The woman, 'Kate', who answered the phone, was very snotty, and was rather sarcastic when I made my request. She made me feel like I was clearly bothering her with my simple question, like it would be a great effort for her to carry it out.

I ended up hurriedly, but politely, hanging up, very embarrassed, my request going unfulfilled. I hope if I ever have to call them up again for anything, I get someone else, who understands how valuable good-quality customer service is.

I live in Madison for over 20 years and the mail is being constantly mishandled and ends up in wrong mailboxes. Durham rd is NOT Devonshire Ln and vice versa. I am getting work checks addressed to other people, letters, bank statements, invitations etc. I called probably over 10 times in last 20 years with complaints and nothing has improved. Now my son's passport was >>"delivered" << but never placed in my mailbox.!!!!! The closest available Passport agency is in NH 3 hours away since the trip is less than 12 days away!!! Who is working there? Why there is no consequences, Complaints are ignored and people enjoy government jobs with all benefits and no responsibilities!!!!! Why UPS and FedEx can do it? This is the worst post office in U.S. #1 of customers dissatisfaction. START DELIVERING TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS- THAT IS WHAT WE PAY YOU FOR!!!! Update- 3/28- more letters, bills and medical tests from my neighbors end up in my mail box!!!!! I called to file complaint .... no one answering the phone!!!

I called to report a missing package. I was told that it was probably in my mailbox and I didn't check it, and then they hung up on me. Tried to call back, but no one will pick up.
