Kinda rude since the new owner took over
Demanded an increase in cost for “fun”
But what even
Drivers are special and don’t care about you or your property destroyed mutable driveway lights, refused to take trash due to an empty folded box holding the lid open?
Called me a liar when I told them they didn’t show up for pickup….. had the whole street full of this wasn’t a utility I wouldn’t even use it….

I attempted to give this company the opportunity to keep my business but they are so profitable my $33 a month wasn't worth it for them. It's actually much cheaper to go to the landfill once a month anyways...like way, way, way CHEAPER

I always go into their office at the beginning of the year and pay for the whole year. I received a call the day after Christmas telling me they raised the amount by $2 per month back in April. I never received a bill all year long for the extra charges so it came as a surprise that I owed them money. I asked if I could wait a week and pay it when I go in to pay next years bills but they wanted the $25 now. From April to December should only be $18 so they must be charging late charges. This is a low class operation. I can only hope a better company comes in and buys them out.

I thought I had open an account. I called to see if they could email me the bill or if I could pick it up, because I don’t have a P.O box( a nother issue here in Arizona city) but they said that I didn’t have an account open. So the next day they came and took the trash can. Like really, why would they do that. No note nothing.

They refuse to pick up our garbage until next week because there was mud from the rain. Cars could go through there I can drive my Nissan 2020 Nissan Versa through it and it not getting stuck. The lady on the phone was extremely rude testing me like iw as dumb saying a dump truck would get stuck more instead of my little car. Now they are refusing to pick it up until next garbage day. What does the company expect me to do? What am I suppose to do with all the trash? Does rain mean I can't have my garbage picked up? Will monsoon season mean I pay 50 dollars a month and not get my garbage picked up?

AC Sanitation and it's drivers, especially Gary, where very helpful! We run a farming operation and have times where we need delivery of rolloffs and pick ups on the same day. They did an excellent job to make sure we kept moving, no delays! Thank you very much!

We’ve been going along with perfect service for 2 years. Then we must have a new driver, last week they empty half the can (all loose stuff) today, they did half the street (Torren & Cove)

I had them for about 15 years they did a great job until one of there driver wasn't paying attention and drove off the road into a ditch. So that is are fault according to the owner because the road wasn't very wide so we finally got the county out here to widen the road they made it 28 feet wide and paved it but they still won't give any of us trash service and nobody else will come out because it is there area. The road is a county road so we can't do anything with it.
