I had an amazing experience with everyone at Valenti Ford. I bought my first car from a Valenti, way back in the dark ages of 1999, when they had a location on Rt. 12 in Groton. I was too young to know how buying a car should be, but my father and I had a good experience. I've bought many cars since then. Its RARELY been enjoyable.

All that said, I just bought a used F-150 from Valenti Ford, and I have ZERO complaints. It was relaxing, simple and enjoyable. The staff were all extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and gave you the feeling that they genuinely wanted to get you a vehicle that fit you and your life.

I know its a business, and they gotta do their sales stuff, but it didnt feel like the classic "used car salesman" experience.

Shout out to Paul! He'll take care of you. I came on a very cold and windy day, expecting no one to bother us. I wasnt looking to buy, but he was willing to walk out and bring several different trucks to us while we waited in the warmth of the showroom.

Long story short, I got me a more than what I could have hoped for in a truck, amd didnt rake me over the coals. We shared some stories, and some laughs. Buying a vehicle has never felt like hanging out with an old friend before.

Excellent experience with service on my 2023 Ford Mustang Mach E. Brought her in for wiper recall check which my car ended up not needing but had an 12V battery warning on my app. Not only was I able to talk with someone knowledgeable about EVs but they also checked my car for damage after I hit a rock. They changed the 12V and my car was ready to go at noon and all covered by warranty. I believe it is a safe, knowledgeable place to bring your EV.

This was the first time in over 30 years that I bought a car from an American manufacturer. I visited Valenti Ford to test drive a Ford Maverick after reading great reviews about it. After the test drive, I placed an order for a 2025 hybrid model. I wasn’t sure what to expect after that. What I did know was that buying a car is usually not a pleasant experience. However, now that I’ve picked up my truck, I have to say—Valenti really impressed me.

Paul Levasseur, the salesperson, greeted me with a big smile and a warm welcome. From the test drive to placing the order, he kept me informed every step of the way. He even surprised me when the truck arrived earlier than expected. On the day I picked it up, I met the managers, who were all friendly and professional. They asked if I was interested in additional options like an extended warranty, and I fully expected the finance manager to push hard for the sale. But to my surprise, he didn’t. When I declined, he simply said, "Okay," and moved on—no pressure at all.

Before I left, Paul took the time to walk me through all the truck’s features, including the electronics. He even went the extra mile by driving my old car home while I followed in my new Maverick, which I really appreciated.

In summary, from the test drive to ordering to finally driving the truck home, it was a completely stress-free experience. Valenti Ford was friendly, professional, and—most importantly—trustworthy. Thank you for such a great experience. Now, I’ll enjoy my new truck and will definitely return for maintenance.

We were in the market for a lower price 3rd row SUV, and had to get out of our lease early which was going to be a tough thing to do. We worked with Paul for a few weeks, who was extremely helpful and kind in our search (which is hard to do with our price range we were looking at).
