If you need a automotive key replaced, reprogrammed, or a new fob then David the key specialist is the guy you want to see. Not only knowledgeable about cutting and programming chipped keys, the guy is a hell of a salesman! Remembers your name, vehicle, and any other needs that you may have mentioned in conversation without being over bearing. So impressed when he did the key for my work truck, I brought my personal truck the following Saturday. And the price is very reasonable, too.

Today 4/23 Terrible customer service on the phone. Could not wait for me to give him the size of the weed eater line. Said you don't handle Black&Decker said he had to take care of something else. The call last 3 minutes 3 seconds accord to my cellphone. I'll go to the Ace on Pinal BETTER SERVICE!!!

Buyer Beware...

This place sucks! It seems that they have a no return policy on a product line of bolts, nuts and other fasteners by the name: "Hillman"

All kinds of problems with this policy exist!

1) No one made me aware of this policy when I made the purchase. I worked with a man who couldn't find the size that I was actually looking for but the nature of my project meant that I was somewhat flexible so I thought I would purchase the ones they had and if I found the size I really wanted elsewhere, I would return the big ones he had found and get my money back.
2) The guy at checkout didn't make me aware of this policy.
3) No where on the receipt does it state that this is policy.
4) The bolts and nuts that I purchased do not have the product name on them.
5) The guy at the counter when I tried to make the return had a very snarky attitude and pointed at the wall behind him and said they have signs all over the place about the policy. I only saw one sign that wasn't even close to noticeable and wouldn't have caught any ones attention without someone pointing it out.

I had not even taken the bolts out of the bag, so there was no chance of them being damaged.

I will never walk into this Ace Hardware again and intend to tell everyone I know about their customer "treatment".

I'm changing my review for a couple of reasons. Even though the store "manager" was somewhat rude to my brother, the owner, or other regional manager, called my brother back. My brother brought the one month old and falling apart ice chest back and they gave him another one without me having to take the time to make a copy of my credit card statement to mail out. Thank you! The Ace Hardware in my neck of the woods is great and I'm glad this one remedied the problem! Thank you so much and I appreciate your honesty and help in solving this problem! And, the lady at the register was totally awesome ?
