I am extremely happy with the service Vanguard gave me. Tim came out and was friendly, professional and efficient. Tim was top notch from the moment we introduced ourselves from the start process,I had a water heater tank that needed to be replaced and Tim explained about the service, warranty, membership, and most amazing was that he came at 12 noon and my tank was replaced with a new one all within a couple of hours by 3pm, fantastic service, and I am happy to say that I enrolled in the membership, thanks Tim and Vanguard for your excellent service!!
