Independence Vapor 100- I walked in with the coil that I needed in my hand. The girl took it and sold me a new box. I drive 20 miles home to open the box and it is completely wrong! I drive that 20 miles back to the store to be told that because I popped one out of the foil to compare, they would not swap or refund because it had been opened! I understand the open product policy. But how can any business tell you, I sold you the wrong thing, but there’s nothing I can do about it. This is a policy that is ridiculous, terrible customer service, and guaranteed to lose every customer that has to experience. It’s great to know, there are two other competitors that will gladly take all of Vapor 100’s as crewed over customers!! You get no stars! I had to give you one star just to send this post but they didn’t deserve it!!!

I go to the vape store in Coffeyville and tell them my vape is auto firing it's not a very old vape I bought it last month the guys were rude to me and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about very rude so I went home and I looked online this is what I found out 7 reasons a vape auto fires 1: condensation and debris 2: poor connection 3: faulty coil 4: fault with the auto draw sensor 5: over heating 6: faulty chip 7: damaged so if anyone tells you it doesn't auto fire it does these people need more training I can't use my knew vape because it does this and vapes are not cheap

I had a hard time grasping box mods and some other products I'd never used before as I'd only used disposables. I believe the woman who helped me was Alex, she gave a punctual and direct rundown of them. Now I'm saving much more money that I've used on more stuff. Great store great staff

I’ve been shopping at this vape store for a while now and it’s the best in town! Meagan helped me get what I need, and always has great new suggestions. I highly suggest this Independence store if you’re heading in or out of town.
