There are so many wonderful things I could say about this company. Their products are great, service is amazing, and not only that, they are honest and kind. I have a single head plotter that just passed its 1 year mark with no issues and I cant wait to expand into more of their equipment.

Tyler, my technician, is such a nice person, extremely helpful and very attentive. Sean, part of the upper management, is an all of the above kind of person. They are all very helpful and a great group of people to work with. I would highly recommend this company and I look forward to a long lasting relationship with them.

I could not be any happier than I am with Velocity Plotters. I have a relatively small shop but the timing of paper patterns out of a office printer was killing productivity and efficiency. In just a couple of days from my initial call, a team was out at my shop and setting up my plotter! Sean Reyes the salesman who handled my inquiry was very helpful in selecting the right product for my shop and budget. He was both very knowledgeable and courteous. The tech staff that came out to set up the plotter were very personable and showed me how to configure everything and instructed me one everything I needed to know to start spitting out patterns. The patterns now come out faster that the production line can keep up! And that’s the way it should be. No more wasted hours ($$$) on tiling! Thank you to all the wonderful folks at Velocity!!! From the start it has been great to work with everyone at Velocity. First, Sean helped me determine which plotter to purchase that would fit my needs and budget best, then Janier helped me to coordinate a freight shipment. Once I had it delivered cross-county, Chris was with me on my computer and phone to walk me through setting up the plotter, calibrating and testing the print until I was happy with the set up and everything worked smoothly with my CAD system. They've also checked in periodically to make sure things are still good, even almost a year after the sale. They definitely care about their customers and luckily I've had no issues but I know if anything ever comes up that they're here to support me. Highly recommend!

I just purchased the big bad Plot IQ 1600. The most expensive piece of equipment I have ever purchased and the sales experience was exceptional. I deal daily with sales reps from all sorts of industries and am taking sales training classes myself. There are some really bad sales people out there. Not so at Velocity. Sean Reyes was attentive, answered all my questions, spent days performing experiments with materials and printing and made me feel like the most valuable customer ever. Sales people should take lessons from this man. They are including in their package 3 months of training and I feel very secure with this purchase. Thank you.
