I discover this place on the Surprise FB page and it was about a mile from my house. I decided last minute to do my nails and I called them and they told me to come in, so I got there around 6:10pm and they were closing at 7pm. I was immediately helped and they asked me if I wanted my nails done at the same time, which was perfect because I wanted to be done sooner anyways.

Beautiful nail lounge and very clean. Staff is kind and nice, they constantly were checking in with me and really into the quality of their work. First time I have someone clean under the nails and file and make sure everything is neat. I was helped by Austin and Andy. 10/10

WOW. Let me just start by saying—this place is absolutely stunning! From the luxurious decor to the top-tier experience, nothing felt cheap or rushed. Everything was thoughtfully done, and I loved every minute of it. The pedicure was incredible—gentle, relaxing, and professional. I was greeted warmly by the owner and his sister, and then Julie took over for my nails. She was AMAZING! Super communicative and made sure every detail was exactly how I wanted it. I loved her work so much, I already booked my next set. After trying 8 salons in Surprise, AZ (and being disappointed by all of them), I finally found my go-to. 5 stars all the way! Thank you! Had a great experience here! Austin was super friendly and ready to do my nails when I showed him a reference photo! He is very polite and also very talented at what he does- I never once felt unwelcome or even worried because I knew I was in great hands. The store was beautiful and clean. Thank you Austin!

I had a great experience at Venetian- the staff were all friendly and did a great job. There was a little bit of a longer wait than expected but they made sure to communicate with us and keep us comfortable while waiting.

Annie is my go-to tech for both dip nails and gel pedicures. She used to work at a different location, and I’m so glad I followed her to this beautiful salon. Annie is incredibly skilled—there’s no design she can’t do. Whether I’m asking for something classic or a bit more creative, she nails it every time!

The salon itself is gorgeous and always immaculately clean. The pedicure chairs are super comfortable, making it a relaxing experience from start to finish. I always look forward to my appointments, and I leave feeling pampered and polished.
