I had been dealing with an issue with not being able to text t mobile numbers. And I had been on the phone with Verizon tech support for a week.

I was in eureka and stopped in this store on the off chance they might be able to fix this

And they really knew how to trouble shoot. We figured out the problem and I was able to purchase a few accessories for my phone and also able to add some features to my plan.

Thanks guys for helping me figure out my very inconvenient problem . U guys rock

Absolute BS customer service, they sell phones online that they don’t even have in stock, advertise “same day pickup”. Make you wait for three days just to throw you through a ringer of customer service lines that isn’t correlated to the store whatsoever. Go to the verizon storefront on harris, never working with this store again. They closed an hour early today for no reason for crying out loud. Absolutely laughable.

The guy helped me move from T-mobile to Verizon and get a new IPhone set up. He was easy to talk to. One issue was that he first promised that the IPhone 14 would be free with the plan, but then an hour later I would need to pay $6 each month for however the plan is (36 months). Around $150+ difference lol. Not sure if it was specifically a miss on his part, but it's something that I've seen with big companies bait-and-switch before so not sure if it's something people are taught to do. I am not really surprised something like this happened
