HEADLINE: PPG PURCHASE OF VERSAFLEX COMPANIES / TRANSITION AS BAD AS IT GETS! Terrible management, and comprehensive failure to maintain ANY continuity of service to new or existing clients. Unhappy employees, unhappy clients, disappointed vendors, and lost revenues (for both PPG and the clients who use the products that is now virtually impossible to get at this point).

Why did they buy VersaFlex? Tax write offs + the intellectual property = a win for PPG at everyone else’s expense.

KNOWN ISSUES;
-Confusing inventory system
-Technical Sales Reps unable to perform due to PPG transition short comings.
-Long time employees fired or quitting.
-Short staffed (adding to worsening of situation)
-Entire staff demoralized / de energized from excessive exposure to these conditions
-The clients whose business that helped build the VersaFlex Companies suffering and losing money.
