Loading very slow . Check in 1:30 pm
Now almost 8 hours. Still red light.

Would give zero start if i could. Appt 6:00am, checked in at 5:45am and was told to dock up. Docked up and lock in by 5:50am, plenty of room to maneuver, easy to dock up. It's now 10:00am, going on 4 hours plus and I'm only half loaded. This is crazy!!! I'm only picking up 20 pallets, total 9,000lbs. This is a 30 minute jobs at the longest, I used to load and unload so i know it's not that difficult. This is a joke to take this long and still only half loaded for 20 pallets (9,000lbs).

Worst place for business. Took me whole day when the appointment time was 10 am. They finished loading at 6:30pm. People there, were very rude. If there is a way you can avoid coming here please do. Dont do business with them.

It must've been my lucky day. I picked up here last Thursday. I came in with a full belly and snacks, prepared to sit for 7 or 8 hours. I had an 0800 appointment and arrived at 0700. I got in a door immediately. They had me locked in by 0730 and I was loaded by 0800. My load was palletized. That would probably make a difference, but they got right on me. I'd definitely come back again. Also, the truck entrance is on Riggin

In door waiting to be loaded for 71/2 hours. Ran out of time. Asked if I could drop trailer and pick back up at 4AM. Was told yes. Came back and was told I had to come back at 8AM. Started clock now I can't make it home for my 1 day off. Never excepting a load from here again. Ridiculous..

I dnt wanna give even 1 star to this place they have no respect for drivers time been here since 12:30pm and its 7pm and still counting worst place ever i have been ….update its now 10pm and atill waiting here

Plenty of room to back in with larger truck. People were very friendly. 2 hours to load but its was okay we know when loading shoes it could take time.

Don’t deserve 1 star ..do not pickup drop trailer load for these people.. will waste your whole week ..they tell to broker 24hours but takes too many days .. when we ask how long you will take to unload only one answer they do have “‘ don’t know how long. Garbage company
