Very happy with Village Appliances; we got our washer/dryer from them and a new dishwasher, we worked with Jimmy and I appreciate his knowledge and honesty. When I called to discuss wall ovens and told him of the problems we were having he suggested I call Wolf directly and they agreed to cover the parts for the repair we needed. I would not have known to do that without Jimmy's advice, and I was impressed he gave me this info even though it meant we didn't buy a new oven! I will certainly be back for future appliance needs. Thanks!

We had an excellent experience with Village Appliances in Port Chester, NY. Upon recommendation from our kitchen designer Lance at Leicht Westchester during our kitchen renovation, we spoke with Jimmy at Village Appliances. Jimmy's extensive knowledge about appliances made us feel confident in our choices, and we ended up purchasing a 36-inch Wolf cooktop, exhaust fan, Miele double ovens, Asko dishwasher, and OXO refrigerator—all of which have performed exceptionally well. The staff at Village Appliances were friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout the process. They kept us informed about delivery timelines and worked with us to coordinate deliveries with our cabinet schedule. Overall, our experience with Village Appliances was outstanding, and I will definitely be a repeat customer for any future appliance needs. Highly recommended.

Working with Jimmy Rosales at Village Appliances was one of the best experiences during our time consuming and stressful journey of home renovation. He is patient, knowledgeable and eager to help. Navigating through supply chain issues during thick of Covid, as well as kitchen design requiring a hood insert change at the last minute by the cabinet manufacturer, Jimmy was extremely helpful, and looking out for our (his customer's) interest. Great service from start to finish. Jimmy was extremely knowledgeable of appliance delivery, installation, timelines, etc. He helped spot issues in our original order and adjusted on the fly. i am just completing my second major kitchen renovation and have worked very successfully with Village Appliances both times. My salesman was Jimmy Rosales, and from the beginning to the end, he was responsive, attentive and thorough. He took time in the shop to answer all my questions and provide suggestions. At the end of the process, he assisted with a swap-out of the dishwasher because it didn't quite work in the space (my fault, not his.) Jimmy was fabulous, and so is doing business with Village Appliances. You will be very pleased that customer service is alive and well in Port Chester.

Very knowledgeable, customer focused and friendly service. Highly recommend. For our kitchen renovation I did extensive research on appliances I wanted and where the best deals were. Village appliances offered the same prices as the major online sellers. Needless to say I preferred to go local. And so happy I did. Our contractor could contact them directly to make sure the appliances were delivered on his preferred day. Village Appliances stored it all at no charge till then. Two of our appliances had issues. The garbage disposal had a factory error and Jimmy immediately called the manufacturer and had them create a case number to get the ball moving for a replacement. Our microwave oven was missing 2 tiny brackets inside and Jimmy had them shipped to our house within days. Highly recommend Village Appliances for their competitive prices and their friendly and good customer service.
