Owen replaced my driveway and sidewalk that was cracked and sunken. I decided to go with Owen's team because Owen gave me the impression of a honest, competent and responsible contractor. He gave me a clear picture of the job processes before he got started, his attention to details was impressive, and he patiently discussed all the questions I asked, especially on the details of how to prepare a solid subgrade which was critical to the success of this job, and how to place control joints to control random cracking after the job is done... After the completion of this job, I can truly say he did all he promised he would do in our discussions.

Owen's crew was polite too, a pleasure to deal with. They were very professional and knowledgeable, and completed the job with great quality and care. They replaced my driveway and the front sidewalk, made the front step into a spacious stoop, which was amazing. They also shaped the earth and even installed a pipe so the water flows off the concrete. The work is beautiful, it's beyond my expectations.

Considering concrete is a product prone to cracking I have waited for more than two months to see if any obvious cracks would develop but have yet to see any visible cracks. My new driveway is beautiful. I appreciate all the hard work Owen and his guys did for me. I would recommend them to everyone.

First time I met Owen he seemed impressively knowledgeable and gave me the feeling that he would do a great job and stand behind his work. Any time I called, prior to having the work done, he always answered his phone, I never once had to leave a message. Feeling confident that Owen was operating an upstanding business I accepted his bid and let him do the work.

I paid close to $9000 to have Vintage Greenmark replace part of our driveway and a section of the garage. We kept our vehicles off the concrete for a week as instructed however within 5 days of the pour we had a 12 foot crack show up. I sent a text to Owen with a picture asking if he thought this was acceptable to which I got no response. After a couple of days I followed up with a phone call and for the first time ever I was kicked to his voice mail. I left a message and again received no response. Approximately 12 weeks later I left another message reporting that I was getting very concerned about the concrete as there were now over a dozen long cracks. You guessed it, no response. What's really sad is that the part of the driveway that had not been replaced (20+ yrs old) still looks better than the newer concrete put in by Vintage Greenmark. If I had to guess I would say that they got in a hurry and wet the concrete to make it easier to work into place. There is certainly no way to prove that but I know weather was not a factor as the temp and humidity could not have been better on the day of the pour. If the concrete came in wet from the facility then Vintage Greenmark should have refused it. Don't think I could be more disappointed and would certainly never recommend this company.
