My husband and I went to visionworks, that's when we met the assistant manager Shannon. Everyone at the store was super nice and helpful, Shannon helped us pick out all of our glasses including our prescription sunglasses. We hit it off immediately! She was funny and knew her stuff most importantly. She measured both of our eyes and made sure that our glasses and sunglasses would be ordered correctly, Shannon made the experience fun, my husband and I felt we were in very capable hands and that gave us a huge relief as we did spend a pretty penny getting several pair of glasses for each of us. Excellent customer service, excellent doctors and the staff were all wonderful and seem to really enjoy their job.

Went to pick up glasses Sunday the 19th. Around 2 or so but the store was closed. No sign no reason, etc. got in my car and called the Arrowhead location and was told she didn’t know why maybe they didn’t have enough people to work today! Then the guy who works at the front counter pulled up in his car and I asked if he was opening, his reply, I just went on break! I went in, requested my glasses I was there to pick up, he put them on the counter, said thank you while watching his computer. No fitting, no adjustments, no reason, nothing. I asked if there was anything else and his reply set me back a bit. Simply no is all he said. I took my glasses , again no fitting no adjustments, I’m pretty sure I’ll be returning them and request a refund. Brush up on your customer service folks, it means a lot.

I wanted to give a positive and awesome review for Ms Shannon. Shannon was a joy completely amazing, enjoyable and friendly! When I walked in she was very engaging and had the best personality! I went in to have my glasses adjusted and she was so quick efficient and thorough! Please reward her as she is a pure asset for VisionWorks her Customer Service is top tier!

My gosh, Melina and Cindy are the upmost amazing customer service in the entire world. Melina welcomed me like I was the queen walking into the store. She showed me around picked out glasses for me then CINDY checked the look and said those will work perfect and I agreed Cindy sat with me. Talk to me about the glasses my vision my prescription. I will definitely absolutely come back to the Surprise Visionworks to specifically see CINDY.

The eye exam part, was perfect! Fast and very helpful! But that’s all the care I received? Nothing else! Nobody helped or even tried to help for my glasses part lol. So now I have prescription and trying to figure out where to go to some glasses! Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Going to pick up these beauties and my other pair was very excellent and the lovely lady who helped me was Shannon she helped me make sure they weren’t tight and they sat right not crooked she even included my 3 year old son whom I had with me who was looking at glasses she was very friendly I really appreciated her help she told me to come back every 6 months to have them straightened and I told her I would hopefully when I do go back Shannon is working I enjoyed talking to her and she acknowledged me right away when I walked in.

I had a great experience. People were very knowledgeable about everything. And they had great choices of frames to choose from. I definitely recommend this location you won’t be disappointed. And last of all the 80’s music ROCKED!! 🤟🏼
