The blonde female that was directing people was absolutely rude. When asked a question, She gave the Answer "it just doesn't! " There was no reason for her to be so rude. And then the Blue suiter "Chen" was blantly lazy and was oblivious and unattentive to his surroundings. These individuals are supposed to exhibit customer service experience the two individuals spoken of failed at it miserably.

Make sure you bring plenty of ID when you come visit!! It’s a beautiful old base and make sure you drive around old base to see the older buildings and get a feeling of the history in the area. The outdoor chapel is beautiful views!

I suggest calling ahead to find out what you may need to bring with you. It's the government and a military installation. Things change all the time, so just because you did it once one way doesn't mean it will stay that way. And this is Fort Riley they do it the Fort Riley way, not how you did it at Benning, Drum, Hood, Stewart, etc..etc. They are usually a great bunch, and if you forget your ID or Drivers license, your base pass, or BOTH, they will let you hang out while your daughter or son in law brings them to you!

The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of Samantha that works there, she is so nice and helpful, everybody else is rude and look like they absolutely hate life and their job .
