Took a hog to them and wanted the sausage made hot with extra sage and it has no flavor same way with the polish sausage no flavor also wanted the lard back and they didn't give it to us. Took a steer to them and wanted the hamburger made 70/30 and was so dry making meatloaf there was no grease to drain off. Will not go back to them.

Stopped while traveling through with work. Very friendly and humble. Been wanting to stop for years. Gave me packages out of his own locker for in my opinion a donation. I appreciate the Ozark Hospitality... Sir!
