Starbucks. The employees in the starbucks are awful. They never get my families order correct. Whether they can't understand or do it on purpose, it's very frustrating. I don't bother tipping until I've watched them make my drink correctly and even then, why should I tip someone who has to be watched to do their job..... this is every time. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but no, after 6 consecutive times, they just suck at their jobs.

Camping nearby, we came in to get some supplies. The store was stocked and consistent with Vons stores but their checkout line(s) were completely disorganized. No floor signs to say where the self checkout starts and stops, people were cutting in line, people were annoyed when someone who went to checkout not knowing there were others in line. Several kiosks were out of order and only one gave cash back.

Just like any other Vons/Safeway. You can find anything you would normally find in any other city. They do sell fishing and other outdoorsy stuff that's pertinent to the area. Can also find Bishop souvenirs here. Location is right next to Kmart and has a gas station closer to the road. Happy they added self checkout again!!

Nice store with a nice big parking lot. Plenty of space to park your RV and tow vehicle while you shop for groceries.

Looks like nobody trusts ok ol' DT and there was a run on the store. Soup isle is near empty, no potatoes, or eggs and the meat bread selection is getting fairly low. The checkers were doing a fine job and the produce guy was trying to keep things in stock.

This is the 3rd most expensive Vons in the state.
The first is on Catalina Island and the second is in Mammoth Lakes.

Prices are so high. I can expect 50 to even 100 percent more since it's a remote location but some of the stuff was 600-700 percent more than other places. This is UNETHICAL!

Came to get gas and the vons gas station is closed. No sign mentioning if they will be back or if someone will be back it all. Called vons and ask to see why it was closed just got out on hold to get transfer over to a manager. Just to informed me it is close for the day. Advised manager I only had cash to pay for my gas and there are other people looking to see if someone is inside to help, was told we have no one to work , I told him it will be nice to leave a note that everyone can see. I work as a manager and if someone calls out sick I take over the job there are doing.
