One of the worst check-in experiences I’ve had in years. The check-in process was completely disorganized—no clear instructions, and no communication 75 signs drivers check in here and no one actually doing check in they’re is some building where is no sign to do check in with tight entrance be careful.The Absolutely no respect for drivers. If this place values your time, they’ve got a funny way of showing it.

We got here at 12:50, finally got loaded at 2:30. I’m unsure of what took so long, there was no one in front of us. When they finally did start loading us, it only took him about 20 minutes to load us.

This place is horrible, mainly building 14, I arrived at 7:30, my appointment was at 8am, when I checked in they sent me to building 10, they loaded me in like 45 minutes, not bad. When I returned to building 14 at 9, they didn't load the other half until 11:45, therefore I couldn't deliver on time. That was Thursday, I was supposed to deliver half in GA that same day and the other half in NC. Friday morning I picked up from there to go to Florida and get home Saturday to be able to spend Father's Day with the family, but due to the lazy employees I am today, Father's Day, 600 miles from home. I will not return to that place even if it is the last load in the area.

The worst place to unload ever. Check in at shipping office at 6am, they didn’t get started unloading me until 8:40am. With no other trucks in line, you would think I would have been out quicker. Every time I went to check to see why it’s taking so long the guy that unloaded me was standing, talking and playing with everyone that walked by. When I told him to please unload me he slowed down even more. 👎🏽

If no stars were an option....poor communication, poor planning which is common between companies and their brokers. Told to be here at 8 am and show up to be told that the load wasn't supposed to load until 1 pm. Got sent to 3 locations before they told me about the pick up time, not being until the afternoon. In this day and age of trucking why ? With all the up to the minute technology we have ?
