They do FedEx at walgreens, which is awesome. What I don't like is how they do pictures from your phone. They take all of the photos off your phone.

Walgreens of Colchester is always neat and organized. It doesn't look like a cross between a drugstore and a Dollar store.

The techs and pharmacists always go above and beyond, answer all questions and help locate best prices for medications.

As a result of good service, there may be a short wait at times. I personally don't mind the extra time that attention to detail requires. I would rather know I'm getting the right medicine and feel like a valued customer, than a fast food buyer.

Extremely helpful, kind, professional staff who go out of their way to find the best price on drugs without insurance. Notifications in their app inform about the receipt of a prescription, the processing of a prescription and when it is ready. Prescriptions are processed very fast. Much better than CVS or Stop and Shop.

Waiting 25 minutes at the drive through only to leave empty handed wasn't on my bucket list. Consistently bad and their phone IVR is the cherry on top.

Recently had an urgent need for a prescription. My normal pharmacy was out of stock and unable to locate it at a sister store. I called the Walgreens Pharmacy in Colchester 40 minutes before they were going to close and they confirmed they had the ability to fill the prescription. My provider called it in and they filled it very quickly. They were very polite about it being a rush and were very helpful with questions about the script.

Came in with a simple question for the Pharmacy at a time that's not busy. After standing there for 5 minutes. I seemed to have interrupted a personal conversation between the Pharmacist that "helped" me. Walgreens should train their receptionist on communication skills rather than making people feel uncomfortable in an environment where others are dependent on them.

Don’t bother trying to order anything for pick up. Employees are too lazy to fulfill these orders so even if the item is indeed in stock, they’ll cancel the order. I stopped by on my way to pick up the item I wanted at a different store to see if it was actually out of stock at Walgreens and sure enough, they had plenty in stock. Will gladly spend my money elsewhere.
