Honestly You won't get one star from me. SINCE YOU'RE FORCING ME THOUGH YOU just get a 1/4 of a star! Here we are Two people begging for jobs in this area but can't get one even though both of us have mad laboring and customer service skills over here and this. There were 2 men in this truck now when I say this but a light bag of garbage fell out my can when they tilted it in my driveway on 195 in the Manchester area. They just left it in my driveway but didn't know I was watching them. Now if there was 2 men in this truck why didn't the one that was right there on the passenger side get out and pick that bag up!😤😤😡😡 I know these men get paid pretty decent because both of us have tried to get jobs there but of course they won't call us back. It's just crazy I sure would respect my job better than that. Waste of money! Might as well just have 1 man in that truck not paying one to sit on his rear end.

Called to get a trash pick up at our new address. The lady said we would probably get it faster if we just go down there and pick it up. Awesome. Tell her we can't today but she mentions that they are there til 12 on Saturday. Perfect, we will be there! Today, We get there, and the lady tells us they have none. Please explain why you would say that while my husband is literally looking at plenty of cans sitting there. Whoever worked Friday morning August 9th but you were awesome. Whoever is there this morning(10th) just didn't want to do her job. I don't like paperwork either but we wouldn't have made a trip out there if the lady on Friday didn't tell us to come get one.

I moved here from Madison county and had to set up my garage collection. The people I have encountered were friendly and courteous. I picked up my garbage can and paid for my 3 months service all in a span of about 15 minutes. Thank you for making it so quick and easy!

For the most part they are on time. Have had to call them on several occasions concerning missed trash pickup days. The county has decided to keep running the service. Price will increase, let's see if quality of service gets better along with that.

Been on the waiting list for 3 months for a replacement can (that they broke). Been trying to call for 3 days and all I get is a recording telling me their mailbox it full.

This business is ridiculous. Evidently the management/ supervisor needs to be replaced with someone that can get the job done. My pickup is supposed to be on Fridays. Since January I think they have picked up 3 Fridays. It will be 2 weeks tomorrow, I've called 6 days straight. I ask to speak to the supervisor, but I haven't received a call back.. I guess they just work when they want. I would be embarrassed too, if I worked there.

The last 2 weeks, the driver comes barrelling down the road like it's the Autobon Hwy in Europe, stops on a dime, grabs the can with the arm, and halfway dumps the can. The result is our trash is out in the road with cars running thru it, with trash is still in the can. This has happened numerous times. These drivers are always in a mad rush, and there's been accidents lately, costing the dept $$. If they're on a tight time limit, then something needs adjusting, Is there no leadership, no management in this service? It should start at the top. However, our Sheriff's dept. recently bypassed the Waste Dept as being the worst county ran entity. What is wrong with people these days?
