Should not even be one star.
Didn't want to sell me part that they have on stock and the service agent hung up on me when I was trying to talk to them. I had already ordered the parts and paid for them when they cancelled the order.

I ordered a control box from them on 12/16/2022 it’s now 2/25/2023 and still no box!! I emailed them asking if it had been shipped, and they assured me it would be shipped on Feb 4th. As I said still NO part!! I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered from them! At this point I’m hoping for a full refund of my $262.29!! Super disappointed in this company!!! Would not recommend AT all!!

Walker Industrial is by far the worst company, I have ever come across. I ordered a part for my company while paying and listing my information if they had any problem with my order. The company not only cancelled my order without my knowledge or permission. They went on to say they tried to contact me. This is totally false. I checked my email for several months and have received NO email or phone calls. They had both my correct phone number and my email address. Their customer service is abysmal. Beware!!! You should purchase from another source if you can and save yourself the headache.

Post Script- I call your customer service with full information and they did not correct the situation. Poor Customer Service.
