Saw the price, and grabbed one. (Hence the empty spot) got up to the counter, and they were going to charge me $280. I told the lady at the counter, she and my husband went back to show her the signage. She called a manager, who said it was a pricing mistake, some dribble about it being a pallet, and refused to honor the price. Then the checker changed the price tag - meanwhile, I was waiting at the counter for the entirety of that exchange, probably 10-15 minutes. Long enough that other checkers came over to ask me if I was ok.

This is unacceptable. For one, if you're going to take that long, you should let me know rather than leave me waiting for that long... but also, if you're not going to honor the price, don't post it. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Picture attached, am I wrong in thinking that price should be for the item it is posted at? The manager said it "isn't a posted price". Looks pretty "posted' to me.

This store is always clean and stocked. My only problem is having to put a $3.98 chapstick in a container to continue shopping but food items, along with almost anything else I got way more money, yet the cheapest thing has to be put in a container. I understand people steal, but it is definitely an inconvenience to paying costumers!

TV went out check at Walmart at Amazon and at Best Buy Walmart had the best price picked up same day

It's 7am and theres at least 100 + employees milling about
and 20 in the front but only one checker is working
and the self check out is closed off... permanently.

come on Walmart you can do better than this
put the 4 employees who used to watch your self checkout on some of the cash registers and there won't be a line of customers waiting to purchase their items extending back into the jewelry counter

No one in automotive, no one in the fishing/camping area, no one at the garden area, no one electronics....for check out....see the trend? Why have an entrance open in the back and have people park there only to have to walk to the front of the store to check out. None sense and poor management all around. Glad this was a one stop and never come back.

They have locked more things up, and whoever holds the keys never shows up. My husband, who is in pain and on crutches, needed asprin. We stood and waited for almost 30min, after asking an associate AND calling the store. No one ever showed up. Dont lock things up if you have bo one to assist people to get it

The place is my go to in the high desert for Walmarts. The place is usually stocked up, fairly organized and the some of the employees are helpful and kind. The area isn't bad bad, but is progressively getting better. The return desk is a whole different ball game though, those ladies are 90% of the time on edge and unwilling to help. The lady Julie over there and the older lady with white hair are wonderful every time. But I've seriously had one of their cashiers take my Driver's License when cashing a check, and bend my DL back in forth till it split and broke with a line down the middle, then proceeded to hand it back and say she couldn't accept it! I immediately asked for a manager and they sent some incompetent untrained girl whos name started with a B to tell me they can't help me and won't accept my Broken DL so I have to leave. I told her how her employees broke my DL, it's on camera, and I want to speak to a supervisor or someone in charge. She said she was in charge and the only one there- and REPEATED that she couldn't take my broken DL. I was livid and called their customer complaint department, and the gentlemen agreed that was not ok, something needs to be done, took my info, and nothing. Walmart did nothing about their employee breaking my DL or the managers poor training and disregarding the incident. I used clear tape to hold my valid and current DL together, went in a week later and the 1 of 2 good employees took my broke DL and cashed my check. Walmart needs to figure this kind of stuff out because someone may react a whole lot differently when you break their belongings and then ask them to leave. Poor behavior and unskilled employees in positions they shouldn't be can inpact your company negatively. Also, Shame on your customer relations department for being liars and misleading, what a waste of money on a useless department that does nothing to help people. Amazon just got alot more business...
