Their service center is an absolute disaster. The hack not a tech but a hack that was assigned to my vehicle to care less about other people's property. I was in the Lisbon location, once the vehicle was inside to have an oil change and four tires balanced and rotated. They initially bring the vehicle back and they rotated the tires they didn't balance them. The need to take it back inside because he can't follow basic instructions. The manager had to assign a second person to help the hack who didn't know how to use a tire balance machine. I get the vehicle home three of my four wheels on my SUV which didn't have a Nick a chip a scratch any place.. add chips and damage all around the center cap area because he was banging the wheel spacer slamming it into the wheel to get it to position itself for the wheel balance machine. He got grease on my steering wheel my arm rests my console, because they don't use gloves, and it was drippings of oil going down the fender. I need to go back to put an insurance claim in on the wheels.. and now the insurance adjuster wants me to settle for junkyard wheels on a pristine vehicle mine that didn't have a single Nick chip scratch on any of its Wheels prior to going in. The estimate he sends me or not only for junkyard Wheels but for the incorrect wheel. So they want you to settle for junkyard Wheels, and they're not even the right ones.. this is what Walmart has turned into. They hire incompetent people. So it's a nightmare now for me to get any type of retribution so that my vehicle can be in the condition it was prior to going in. Of course now I have to convince them that the wheels are going to get swapped over at a dealership can they charge a fee plus tax. Bottom line is do not go to Walmart service center it's a disaster

They torqued my oil drain bolt down far beyond spec, I sat on it with my impact, didn’t budge, 3/8ths ratchet, NOPE. It’s been 2 hours of me trying to get this off without damaging the housing. They also poorly rubbed liquid gasket all over it instead of just replacing the rubber washer, which is weird too because I don’t think I had an oil leak prior to coming but they should have informed me either way right?

Had a tire with a nail in it across the parking lot from the Walmart tire center in lisbon- walked in and asked if they could do it, told me they only have 2 guys working and aren't taking walkins, then tells me to walk to the AutoZone a mile away to get a part I needed, AutoZone didn't have it, went on a goose chase for nothing and still ended up having to get my car towed bc the spare wouldn't hold air and I went into Walmart 3 times to see if the TIRE REPLACEMENT department could offer any help or advice and they just kept telling me to watch a YouTube video and said something about "if there's issues with the lug nut, we cant do it" not understanding that I just needed a new tire on my rim which seems like something a tire place should be able to do in the 3 hours they were still open. Extremely annoying and frustrating that this happened next to a tire place and I still had to spend 115.00 on a tow home and even the tow guy said "oh yeah Im always towing cars from there bc they refuse to do work, they're lazy" so yeah, don't waste 3 hours like I did, call triple aaa

I had an absolutely horrific experience getting my tires done here. Two hours into my appointment they told me they only have three tires for me, Jerry (the woman at the desk) was trying to tell me to go to a different wal mart to buy a tire and come back so their mechanics can put it on. The tire I ordered was pulled for an online order, it took three managers to get the tire back and put it on my car. Once the tire situation was figured out I waited two more hours for Kross (he called himself a technician) to come in from the garage to tell me I am missing a lug nut. Some random old man drove to the mechanic store to get me a lug nut (to be helpful) all the while, my lug nut lock and four extra lug nuts were inside my vehicle on the passenger seat. When I arrived at the appointment I told Jerry that the lock they needed was inside my car on the passenger seat (if I had known extra lug nuts were with it I would of said it), so Kross did not even start the process of changing my tires before coming back in to tell me he can not do it. During this time he slammed paperwork down, raised his voice at me, and tried to make me uncomfortable by staring me up and down and giving me dirty looks. At this point I was there for four hours and uncomfortable to wait alone. It took five hours to get the tires on my car and the customer service was HORRIBLE. I agree with the ratings that say the employees are incompetent and lazy. I will never be back, I feel bad for the employees who know what they are doing.

🚨 Karen alert🚨 🛑THE CAP 🛑👇NEXT TIME YOU MAY want to tell the truth , like how Felt entitled or maybe how you Felt like you could just yell at people or maybe just consider buying a new vehicle🤔 how you trying to argue with them over a safety hazard and or a safety concern stop the CAP 👇 And you say they were incompetent their goes to show you how much you know their not mechanics their technicians accessories tires and oil is all they do. I have tried to have my oil changed twice here and each time they have told me they will not touch my car because the last person I had it serviced by “stripped the lug nut.” Each time after they refused me service I brought my car to a legitimate car garage and they said there was no problem with my lug nut and that Walmart is being lazy. Would not recommend.

Terrible communication. I called twice with no response. So I drove a half hour down there. No walk-ins.
I asked if they had an opening the next day. The guy slides the iPad towards and say "these are the openings." No mention that they were for Saturday.
So I came in thinking I had an appointment with pre picked tires. Turns out they didn't even have the tires. They fit me in, which was great, but 30 minutes later, they called me to tell me they couldn't get the lug nuts of the two tires I NEEDED changed.
2 hours of driving, 40 or so minutes of waiting in line. Nothing fixed.

Great service and staff@ this specific location , as well as Norwich location, large inventory, skilled techs and great customer service @ the register, across the board, also can't ever beat Walmart prices and selection of options.
