I work for spark driver so today as I start my trips to make deliveries, I get to my style and put in that I had arrived as I’m waiting for the groceries I get a notification that the order had been canceled. Well that same order popped up again and I accepted it it again said that it had been canceled, I did it and it also canceled what to make a long story short. I come to find out that it was the worker refusing me to deliver the order. Which is a non-practice at this location they will cancel the order for certain drivers and toss them over to their friends to let them get more money, which is unacceptable because it’s taking money out others pocket and wasting their gas and making comments like oh your back that is my life neighborhood and that’s how I feed my kids. I plan on contacting a lawyer tomorrow in regards to this matter because it should be on a first come first serve basis how do you wait to someone get there and then just because you don’t like them, you refuse their order on those little machines that they have and toss the order to your friends I definitely will be contacting my lawyer and corporate for a discrimination lawsuit!!!!!!!!!!! I have an inside source that has confirmed that they do give orders to people that is their friends and even take tips from them for passing the orders off below is a statement from another worker that went through similar situation

I can't count how many time I've been to this walmart, and the bathrooms stay dirty as well as they are falling apart or damaged. This walmart has gone downhill quickly. The cashier's is rude! It's just an overall not an enjoyable experience to shop here. I'm hoping that the corporate steps up their game and fixes it up. Otherwise, it will just end up like Kmart!

Why is this location still open?
I loaded a Visa Card with $200 with the help of a WalMart assistant. Just for the card to come back associated with someone else’s social security number. When I returned to the store with receipt in hand the Manager (Robert) kind of shrugs his shoulders and blames it on self checkout. I then proceeded to tell him that a self checkout associate handled the entire transaction. He shrugs his shoulders and walks off! I have never seen such disregard from a member of management. This has been an ongoing issue for 2 weeks. I still haven’t received a refund nor any help with rectifying the situation.

There is a young lady that works in customer service she calls herself a front-end manager it seems like I have to deal with her every time I come into the store I am not sure how she became a front-end manager she has never not once ever solved my problem when I've asked. She is a heavy set young lady wears her hair in a long ponytail and every time you see her she is chewing gum I swear I think she got her master's degree in chewing bubble gum because that is all I ever seem to get out of her she pops up bubbles every time you ask her a question what bad management

I'm disabled/ I do my shopping online for home delivery. This store were out of stock of several items, They were out of pork chops, mac and cheese, bread, and crackers. This store never offer subtiton of items out of stock. I'm sure that this Walmart had other pork chops, mac and cheese and crackers that they could have offer me. Yes, I did contact the Headquarter and file complaint against this Walmart Store. Do not buy ground beef at this store. The ground beef has red dye that U had to throw the beef in the trash.

Pick up service... they told its it was ready, then when in the pick-up parking, they told us it would be delayed... then they told us we could call and the lady said they were very behind and we could come back later. Before we could return to pick up the order, we got a text message that our order had been picked up (obviously it went to someone else).

Dealing with customer service is a nightmare, some chatbot.... after some time we had to dispute the charge with the credit card.

Just terrible experience.

This was not our local Walmart. This one was so well stocked. We had trouble locating an item in the health and beauty area. We had two associates helping us in no time. Sweet ladies.
