We built a home with Joe Warren in 2020. We have had multiple problems that has cost a lot of money to fix. We had a flood in the basement due to the water hose hook up put in wrong, bathroom fans not working correctly, and now water coming from the foundation of basement. Funny how you get no response after you sign the papers. We wont refer Warren homes to anyone after this.

My family has a long history with building houses. All my family members including myself are highly impressed with Warren homes. Their homes are built quickly, built with quality materials, their homes are unique and their finished product is very high quality. I feel like my husband and I had quite a few custom home requests, like having a roof over our porch and back patio, having 9 foot ceilings in the basement, getting a lot of total square footage versus all of the extras, and having a split garage with only one garage face the front of the house. I feel like Warren homes definitely worked hard to help build our custom dream home! They did their best to stay within our strict budget. All the employees at Warren Homes are friendly, patient, professional and thorough with their explanations of the building process. And we could easily engage in conversation with anyone at Warren homes via text or phone call. I feel like this made it very convenient and allowed things to change quickly if it was needed. I would recommend anyone to get a house built by Warren Homes! We have had a wonderful house building experience with Warren Homes. They have made my dream of custom building a new home come true! You will not regret choosing Warren Homes!

What - I'm limited to just 5 stars? We just moved into the new Madison Gardens subdivision and our new patio home is beautiful. There were many delays in getting this subdivision going - but it was well worth the wait. Warren Home's design, construction and innovation are top notch. Joe, Chris and Bret were, and continue to be, responsive to my inquiries and have been a pleasure to work with. I recommend them highly!

Integrity, transparency, and great people to work with. Joe and his team were super helpful in working out all the details for our new home. We were surprised at all the upgrades that were standard! We lost our home in the Mulvane flood and Joe Warren told a friend of mine that after the first of the year they would help us and we'll that was a lie. So here we sit almost 2 yes after the flood with no home

Nice in the beginning and responds very quickly but once they find out your criteria how much money your working with they won’t respond to your questions or emails. Kind of sad that you have to have deep pockets to build a home with these people......
