A little bit of a communication issue. Trying to nail down a date during the summer was tough. I had a drainage problem, not putting in sprinklers.
That being said, Jack is very nice, his crew was polite and got the work done in 1 days.
I had been waiting 5 months for previous person, it was 3 months before he could fit me in( this was due to summer work.)
I feel he did the work he was asked to do.
He does the work you want, you need to be patient that many contractors are extremely busy.
He showed for the work earlier than expected. I am Happy with it. I have not had water in my basement since work was done.
Great group of workmen.

I was looking for an irrigation system in South Windsor and read reviews from a couple of companies. Jack responded immediately and was out within 1 day to look over the property and provide an estimate. The other local large company could not get someone out for over a week. The team that came were respectful, informative and VERY knowledgeable. They designed the system to get part of my front lawn to get water, The cleanup was great and you can hardly see any remnants of the 14 sprinkler hear installation. The Wi-Fi enabled controller that is also tied to the local weather station is amazing and simple to use. Easy to spot water when away and no worries it will turn on when it rains.
Call Water Wizards and you will not be disappointed.

My interactions with the staff have been pleasant and the work done has been good.
In good conscience I can't give patronage anymore to Water Wizards with an owner who had no shows for two consultation appointments within a few days of each other. My irrigation system needed repairs and reattachments for cut lines that were made by another company that replaced my septic leach field. He said he lost track of time for the first no show on a Friday afternoon after I texted. It can happen if you are busy. We rescheduled to the upcoming Monday afternoon. He didn't respond to my voicemails asking if he was coming during the second no show. I even rearranged my business meeting in Rhode Island so I could come back to Connecticut to meet him because it was important to me. He didn't attempt to contact me that night or the next morning to apologize or explain the reason. After waiting that morning with no response I had to call your office around noon to ask what happened. The office didn't know about the appointment because we had communicated by text. After you spoke with him there was still no explanation. I was told that another person would be doing the future consultation which would have been fine. I have been a loyal customer for several years. I can't give business or recommend Water Wizards with an owner who doesn't respect my time.

Jack and his team are very professional. I installed a sprinkler system in the yard and they did a nice job of keeping the lawn intact. I would have no problem recommending Water Wizards to anyone looking to install a sprinkler system.

Water Wizards continues to do a great job from installation, to ongoing maintenance, to customer service. I recently had my irrigation serviced and turned on. Making and confirming my appointment was a breeze with options to schedule electronically or over the phone. Communication with the office is seamless. Received confirmation and reminder emails of my appointment. Technician showed up on time, was respectful to me and property, and was efficient. I had mentioned an issue with one pop up sprinkler which was actually leaking. He quickly diagnosed the issue, notified me, and approved the fix. Invoicing is convenient and also sent electronically. Overall, great company, completely satisfied, and highly recommend.

The company has horrible customer service but once (or if) they arrive they do good work. I recently had an 8 am appointment and called them at 9 am to see if they were coming or if I had the wrong day. I was supposed to be the first stop of the day but was told there was an emergency and the technician was just finishing up. He'd come to me next. Three hours later no one showed up so I called again to make sure they still planned to come. I couldn't leave the house until they arrived and it seemed that the technician wasn't just "finishing up". I was told the technician was almost done and he would call my land line when he was on his way. 3 1/2 hours later (at 3:30 pm) I called to find out what was going on. I was told the technician called and I didn't pick up the phone so he wasn't coming. I've now been waiting 7 1/2 hours and used part of that time to vacuum. I assume that's when he called and I didn't hear the phone. I looked at my answering machine and there was no message. I checked the phone logs and he did call 1 time only at 1:30 pmm.

I immediately followed up with the owner and said I EXPECTED them to have the technician to come out as I waited all day. The owner then told me I had no right to EXPECT anything. He was sick and short a technician. This wouldn't have been a problem if he apologized, told me the truth early on, and had a word with the technician who clearly tried to get out of coming here. I now use a new company with much better customer service. This wasn't the first time I had trouble with them coming out when it wasn't weather related. Things happed and good service keeps the customer informed and is honest with them.

Response - owner threatened me with legal action for giving an honest 3 star review. I was not disrespectful nor have I ever been rude to the staff. I now use New England Irrigation and they do a much cleaner sprinkler head replacement. They also show up during the appointment window.

First time owner of a sprinkler system that was older and needed some work, and they have helped me tremendously get the system up and running. The team has been easy to work with, helpful and up front about all costs associated. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
