We have had Weathercraft Roofing work on our roof over the years, always prompt and professional. After the last hail storm in 2024 our roof was totaled. I called them once again, and they sent Fletcher to start the process. He helped us understand how home insurance works, helped us get an estimate completed and helped choose shingle and gutter colors. The job was completed within a few weeks. Our yard was cleaned up, and they even picked up other trash that had blown into the yard.

Weathercraft of Garden City had been a great company to work with getting my roof replaced. The site supervisor has been of great help navigating this process and answering any of my questions. From start to finish working with weathercraft was excellent. First we got a free estimate. Then one of their reps Fletcher Jones came to our house and walked us through all of insurance paperwork and showed us what money we were getting and how everything broke down which really helped alleviate concerns my wife had that this was going to cost a lot out of pocket.

Several things that are important to note. 1) His first goal was to make sure that they can do the job for the amount insurance will pay so we didn't have to pay anything out of pocket.

2) After confirming that his estimate was different for what the insurance would pay he went back and gave us another estimate that was what insurance was willing to pay

3) he said for residential properties they try to make sure the job is finished in one day.

4) On the day of installation the crew showed up at 9am and were finished before noon and everything was cleaned up.

5) Since having the roof put on we have had 2 days with 50+ mph winds and the blizzard and we have had no issues but even If we did Weathercraft offers 2 year warranty on their work so if anything goes wrong they will come fix it asap

Have already recommended to my neighbors who have had shingles blown off in the above mentioned wind storms.
