We just purchased a Wesley Allen iron bed spending thousands of dollars on it. When it finally arrived months later, it arrived with no instructions or fasteners. Bummer. It was like I was back living in the 1970s. I called their Customer Service number twice to request the bolts and instructions. Customer Service informed me I needed to inquire via email to an info email. After three emails where they requested pictures etc, they finally agreed to send a set out. The fasteners and instructions arrived postage due.

Nobody needs to deal with this type of nonsense and if we knew of their products and Customer Service were so poor, we would have run. At the same time, we also purchased a spectacular iron bed (made in Mexico) that arrived with all of the pieces and parts included but without the PITA response from a customer service rep.
