What can I say that would convey the awesomeness of Kimberly who assisted me. I don't believe English has the proper word to explain that joyful customer experience. I'm a better person for meeting her and be assisted by her.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Great service but West Marine in general is somewhat expensive. They honor their warranties no questions asked and will help get you the part that you are looking for in a timely manner.

Even though this is a small storefront, so although they likely have what you need, if not, there is no "check in the back". While some products are reasonably cheap, you generally pay for the luxury of physically handling products to determine the fit/build quality/etc. If you're trying to find a match for a decrepit, disintegrating piece of flotsam that fell off your boat, the time saving can we'll be justified.

Another positive note is everyone I've encountered at this location has been friendly, polite, and eager to help.
