We had the Hurricane Shutters installed on our lanai in June of 2024 and the Bahama Screens installed on our windows in March this year (2025).

Tony Brown is the sales rep we dealt with for both purchases and installations. He is professional and honest as well as having a pleasant and jovial personality. He was very easy to work with and always responded to phone calls or texts in a timely manner. His explanations for the products were very thorough and he answered all our questions (many of which I am sure he hears all the time) in a "jargon free" and easy to understand way.

His detailed description of the timing of the two processes which involved measuring, installation and electrical inspection (for the hurricane screens) was very accurate and in fact the Bahama Screens were installed a few weeks before we expected.

The original Hurricane Screen arrived from the factory with a flaw in the kevlar "weave"; this was NOT the fault of West Shore Construction as they would not have known about it until they rolled the shutters down to test them on the day of the install. The important thing here is that the installers on that day called it into the office and a replacement was ordered and installed a couple of weeks later.

Both the install teams (for the Hurricane Screens and Bahama Screens) were also very professional, efficient and courteous arriving on time on the scheduled date. Tyler who seemed to be the "lead " on the Bahama Screens installation team, was also pleasant and was always ready to answer the few questions I had.

I would certainly recommend West Shore Construction for any work involving the two processes we had done to improve the safety and integrity of our home. Great job by all.

Just had my job completed two weeks ago for three Hurricane screens. Thought it was all for not and I lost that money/investment along with everything else the surge from Hurricane Helene took from us.

Two photos show what is being discarded from the house. Basically all contents drywall, flooring furniture and everything down to the studs. Just completed the 18 month renovation of the house with the final piece being the hurricane screens.

Just want to say I couldn’t possibly be more pleased with the performance of the product and the West Shore Construction Team; from Tony, to the scheduling and installation folks. If I could give them 100 stars I would as I'm beyond satisfied with West Shore Construction. I live in a condo, on the water, and need hurricane protection. From the moment I made the appointment I was confident I'd be working with them.

Tony Brown -- whose business card shows no title -- was the guy who showed up at my condo for the appointment. He is friendly, funny and professional, everything you'd want in a salesperson. He made the process easy, answered all my questions and then all I had to do was pick my design and colors. Tony represents the company well.

Every person I dealt with throughout the process was just as friendly and professional as Tony. The customer service is exceptional. The crews that came and worked on my project were polite, respectful, neat, efficient, well trained and really quality people.

Tony and everyone else there are terrific assets to that company. I’m more than satisfied with my new hurricane screen, and feel as though I have a whole new bunch of friends as well.

We installed 3 hurricane screens earlier this year to protect our furniture and home from hurricane winds and rain. While 2 hurricane events damaged our pool screen - the furniture behind our new hurricane screens didn't move an inch nor was there a drop of water behind those screens. Best investment we've made!
