I called this company in an absolute state of hysteria. We are camping out in Payson and trying to leave when our pop up trailer wouldn’t come down. The gentleman who answered the phone was so calming and kind. He had a couple appointments before me but instead referred me to another gentleman. That kind of compassion, honor, and kindness absolutely deserves 5 stars. Especially with the patience in me calling back several times during my panic attack. It’s scary, camping “alone” in the woods and when something happens it’s utterly helpless feeling.

West Valley RV is a great business if you need RV Parts or service. Monty the owner is friendly, courteous and professional. I had a unique issue with a table top for a pop up trailer. Great service work done on our Alp Adventurer truck camper in February this year. The work was done in an accommodating way despite schedule changes due to the bad weather. Billing is transparent and reasonable. From my experience, Monte is very reliable and experienced for all things RV. I would highly recommend him.
