Westchester AV sourced good equipment for our congregation's installation, but provided poor follow up support. The tech who serviced our equipment often couldn't solve problems with the equipment, and we had to learn how to debug the installation issues ourselves, finding issues with using the correct cables and other stability problems. In the end, the problematic tech left Westchester AV without leaving admin passwords behind, leaving us locked out of some of our equipment. Overall a horrible service experience on what was a 6-figure installation contract.

Looking for basic design information, a gentleman answers, was short and sharp in his answers to my questions...... then I inquired more about lighting and this idiot hangs up. Very unprofessional in representing the company. I hope this was not the owner !
