I’m from out of town and needed someone to fabricate a handrail for my elderly mom to enter and exit her house. I called Patrick at Westcoast Metalworks, who came out the next morning ( a Saturday !!!! ) , submitted a bid that afternoon that included a schematic and an installation date. That day ! Wow !
I was able to leave town and return home knowing my that my mom would soon have a safely way to negotiate the stairs. Fabricated, painted and installed in a very timely manner 10 days later.
Patrick and his company are very impressive . HIGHLY recommended !!!!

I hired this company to complete a custom staircase railing. They were timely, professional and honest. There was some problems along the way, but they were always honest and open about them and allowed me the opportunity to give them direction on how to solve the problem. My custom railing looks GREAT and modern. I know that it is going to make my house worth more. Patrick was so professional and helpful. I will definitely be referring them and hiring them again in the future.
