Chet was the service technician that performed the PM service on our two units. He did an extremely thorough inspection of the units. The unit shown is located in the basement. He drilled holes in the inlet/outlet ducts and the gas exhaust pipe to get correct temperature and exhaust gas readings. I will request him for our spring PM service.

The guys at Westerhouse installed a full geothermal system in our new home build in Baldwin City a couple years ago. They have been without a doubt one of the best companies I have worked with. This company does things right, from the initial install all the way through ongoing servicing. They are responsive, professional, and just generally great people to work with. I called four companies for quotes, but Joe from Westerhouse was the only salesperson who thought outside the box with a system no one else proposed. I accepted the proposal on Thursday and our complete system was fully replaced on Monday. The guys were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. For the first time since we’ve owned our home our system is maintaining the set temperature perfectly. I’d recommend this company to everyone! Keep up the good work guys!

After numerous problems with my 2 year old HVAC system and not having the issues resolved by the original company that sold me (units bigger than necessary as it turns out) and being treated like garbage whenever I called them out for an issue, I called Westerhouse. I’m SO GLAD I did!! Andrew came out and made all the necessary adjustments that the original company (think cumulus or rain ☁️☁️☁️) didn’t do from the beginning nor fix on the service calls. After he got everything fixed the way it was supposed to have been done in the first place, he explained everything in detail. If ever in doubt about what HVAC company to use, WESTERHOUSE is the way to go!! They are FAIR, HONEST, DECENT and COMPETENT!
